The family wanted a formal room for guests and a house that still worked on a Tuesday. Living, kitchen, and the bedrooms were drawn as one sequence up the duplex stair.
Oak, leather, and linen take the daylight. Storage is built in, so the rooms stay open. The same project lead stayed from the first measure to the day the keys were handed over.
