Who we are
Renova Interior is an interior architecture and design studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send through it. When it says “we” or “the studio”, it means Renova Interior.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form, plus basic technical data needed to run the site.
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, company, and message.
- Cost calculator: the profile, size, rooms, add-ons, and package you choose, the estimate shown to you, your name and phone number, and whether you agreed to receive SMS updates.
- Career applications: your name, contact details, the role you applied for, and the CV you upload.
- Technical data: the page you sent a form from and, if analytics is switched on, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call or site visit.
- To prepare a proposal based on the estimate you requested.
- To review job applications for the role you applied for.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
Who we share it with
Your details stay with the studio team. To run the site we rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Website hosting and the database that stores enquiries.
- An email service that notifies the studio when you send a form.
- An image service that stores and delivers project photographs.
- YouTube, only after you press play on a video. Until then no YouTube player is loaded.
- Google Analytics, if the studio has switched it on.
We may disclose information if Bangladeshi law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not need cookies to work. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to count visits. Signing in to the studio admin area uses a session cookie that visitors never receive.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and estimates are kept while we are discussing or delivering a project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Career applications are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete them.
- Stop SMS updates at any time by telling us.

Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to studio accounts protected by passwords. No online system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal documents through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
